Knowledge Transfer through Public-Private Development Partnerships

This article aims to add the body of literature on knowledge transfer in Technical and Vocational Education Training (TVET) focusing core stakeholders’ experiences Public-Private Development Partnership (PPDP) Ethiopia Zambia. The qualitative case study comparatively examines practices barriers promoting two TVET programmes Zambia— both applied a similar PPDP model. draws data generated through semi-structured interviews based narratives perspective. Key informants were purposively selected from among stakeholders who directly involved initiatives. analysis process follows thematic analysis. results show that anchoring initiatives with nationally mandated Ministry broadening coalition private sector are critical transferring into national systems.
